Terms & Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions must be agreed to in order to participate in the Aphroditas Productions Inc. Webmasters Affiliates Program. All Terms and Conditions must be abided by, and are legally binding.

Payout
Current payout rates for sites operated by Aphroditas Productions Inc. are as follows:

EuroNudes1.Com	USD: We will pay 50% of all signups.
	EUR: We will pay 50% of all signups.
Flash-In-Public.Com	USD: We will pay 50% of all signups.
	EUR: We will pay 50% of all signups.
Nude-In-Public.Com	USD: We will pay 50% of all signups.
	EUR: We will pay 50% of all signups.
Nude-In-Russia.Com	USD: We will pay 50% of all signups.
	EUR: We will pay 50% of all signups.

All payments will be made in US Dollars. Commissions earned in other currencies will be converted to US Dollars. Commissions will be paid out monthly, 30 days after the end of the respective period. No payment for less than $50 will be made. This amount will be carried over for one month. Should the commission not reach $50 (after 2 consecutive monthly pay periods), the account will be deactivated and payment will not be made.

Banners
To link to our sites, you may only use banners designed or approved by Aphroditas Productions Inc.. The visitors of your website must click on the banner(s) by free will.

Links
Links originating from password distribution websites, warez websites, spamming, and bulk e-mailing are not permitted. Use of any gimmick, game, incentive, or any other inducement to increase click through rates is not permitted.

IF Aphroditas Productions Inc. IN ITS SOLE AND ABSOLUTE DISCRETION DETERMINES THAT ANY WEBSITE IS USING SUCH MEANS TO GENERATE TRAFFIC, ANY AND ALL CORRESPONDING ACCOUNTS WITH Aphroditas Productions Inc.'S WEBMASTERS AFFILIATES PROGRAM WILL BE TERMINATED AND ANY AND ALL CREDIT OR PAYMENT EARNED WILL BE VOIDED.

Hits
Excessive hits (over five in 2 days) from the same or similar IP address will not be counted. Furthermore excessive hits from the same or similar IP address is grounds for loss of earnings and termination. A unique visitor is defined as a single visit to the site by a particular visitor within a 48h period.

Federal Tax ID
US Citizens & Residents are required to enter a Federal Tax ID or Social Security Number on the registration form. Aphroditas Productions Inc. will register a 1099 for all U.S. domestic entities or a 1042-s for all foreign entities to whom we issue combined yearly payments of $600.00 or more.

Representations and Warranties
You, as Website Operator, warrant and represent that you own or operate a lawful, and otherwise valid Internet Website. You further represent that you have the requisite power and authority to enter into this Agreement and perform the obligations set forth herein and that you are an adult at least eighteen (18) years of age; that performance under this Agreement does not and will not constitute a breach of any existing contract or obligation undertaken by you; and that there are no outstanding orders, judgments, decrees, rules or regulations which would preclude you from entering into this Agreement. You shall indemnify Aphroditas Productions Inc. and its shareholders, officers, directors, employees and assigns against any loss, damage, liability (including reasonable legal fees) which result from the use of any Aphroditas Productions Inc. materials not expressly authorized by this Agreement.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
Aphroditas Productions Inc. MAKES NO WARRANTIES, NEITHER EXPRESS NOR IMPLIED, WITH REGARD TO THE PERFORMANCE OF THE LINK OR THE CONTENT OF OUR CUSTOMER'S SITE(S) AND Aphroditas Productions Inc. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THAT OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. Aphroditas Productions Inc. SHALL NOT BE HELD LIABLE TO THE WEBSITE OPERATOR OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY, INCLUDING USERS OF Aphroditas Productions Inc.'S SERVICES, FOR ANY LOSSES, INJURIES OR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY MISTAKES, OMISSIONS, DELAYS, ERRORS, INTERRUPTIONS IN THE TRANSMISSION OR RECEIPT OF Aphroditas Productions Inc.'S SERVICES OR CONTENT.

No Partnership
Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as to create a partnership, agency or employment relationship between you and Aphroditas Productions Inc..

Termination
Aphroditas Productions reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time without notice.
